Lisa Gibbings

Lisa Gibbings is the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Metro Development Group, one of the largest privately held residential developers in Florida. She serves as the company’s visionary for launching its new master-planned MetroPlaces communities along with shaping the best-in-class amenities they entail, such as the popular Lagoons. Gibbings is currently working on more than 30 existing and upcoming Metro communities in various stages of development across Florida. Her responsibilities include shaping and marketing Metro’s brands and communities through a variety of strategies and channels to engage key partners and homebuyers. Gibbings joined the Metro team in late 2023 with over 15 years of marketing experience across a wide range of industries. In previous leadership roles, she was responsible for diversifying revenue streams and transforming business models to meet both customer and industry needs and trends. She also maintains a strong record of building and managing strong performance-driven marketing teams. In the real estate industry, Lisa participates in the John Burns Master Plan Trends Council, and she’s a member of Urban Land Institute. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree from University of Tampa in Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University also in the field of Marketing.
