The Annual ULI Florida Summit
The ULI Florida Summit is a signature real estate event that attracts hundreds of decision makers from across Florida and beyond annually. It brings together and connects the state’s top real estate professionals, including developers, attorneys, engineers, architects, and land use planners, from both the private and public sector.
From keynote addresses to conference sessions, the annual Florida Summit focuses on today’s changing markets, trends, and opportunities, and feature leading industry professionals. It is hosted and produced jointly by the five ULI District Councils of Florida and an Executive Committee made up of member representatives from the five District Councils.

The ULI Central Florida District Council serves the 14 counties that comprise the Central Florida region: Brevard; DeSoto; Hardee; Highlands; Lake; Levy; Marion; Okeechobee; Orange; Osceola; Polk; Seminole; Sumter; and Volusia. ULI Central Florida supports practical solutions to regional issues; shares ideas and experiences on land use and real estate; provides valuable insights; and facilitates exceptional networking.

ULI North Florida
The ULI North Florida District Council serves a diverse 34 counties spanning from Flagler to Escambia and includes the cities of Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Panama City. With more than 500 members, two major universities and three distinct regions, the District Council facilitates leadership in both the public and private sectors on pragmatic land use and creating and sustaining thriving communities through expertise, information and education.

ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean
The ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean District Council serves Florida’s seven southernmost coastal counties (from Indian River through Monroe) and throughout the Caribbean Islands. ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean has over 1,100 members and is focused on addressing the region’s most pressing land use needs: resiliency, mobility, and housing affordability.
