JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa
The 2026 ULI Florida Summit will take place at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa – 14900 Chelonia Parkway, Orlando, Florida, 32821.
A block of rooms have been reserved for Florida Summit attendees at a discounted rate. The ULI rate is available starting Wednesday, February 25 – Saturday, February 28.
On-Site parking is available for $38 / Day, and Valet parking is available for $54 / Day.

- Mobile Tours: Experience all that Orlando has to offer through one of the exciting Summit’s Mobile Tours. All Tours take place on Monday morning before the opening session. Only one tour per attendee. Separate ticket required. Limited availability.
- Women's Leadership Networking: Build valuable connections with leaders from across the state at this networking event hosted by our Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI).
- Young Leaders Group: Young Leaders – join your peers after the Opening Reception at the Young Leaders Group Social for networking and drinks with Young Leaders from across the state.

ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during the 2026 ULI Florida Summit. By registering for the meeting, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
