Ms. Alexis Crespo

As Vice President of Planning, Alexis oversees the company's planning efforts across six (6) offices in Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando and Coral Springs. Alexis is a certified land use planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with over 20 years of professional planning experience in Southwest Florida.   Alexis implements entitlement strategies for complex private developments for a diverse range of clientele, including rezoning and comprehensive plan amendments, sector plans and community facilitation and visioning. Alexis also regularly assists in policy formulation/comprehensive plan updates, land development code updates and litigation support/expert witness testimony for local governments across the state.
