Explore exciting developments throughout Central Florida through one of our mobile tour options. Mobile Tours take place in the morning on Thursday, February 26th before the 2026 Florida Summit Opening Session. Registration is required, and can be do online during registration or by contacting [email protected]. Only one tour per attendee.

How to register for a Tour:
- If you're not yet registered for the Summit, you can add a tour or session to your cart while registering online to attend the Summit here.
- If you are already registered for the Summit, email [email protected] saying that you would like to add a tour to your Florida Summit registration, and specify which one. You can also do so:
- Onsite at the Florida Summit Registration Desk, pending availability
- Over the phone at 1-800-321-5011.
- Online through your account > log into your ULI account, then click on "Activity" and select "ULI Florida: 2026 Florida Summit," then click the "Add Sessions" button and select the sessions that you would like to register for.
Add-On Sessions

This optional session brings together Main Street executives and community development experts to discuss how neighborhood commercial districts are navigating today’s shifting markets and evolving development trends. Panelists will share practical insights about placemaking, redevelopment challenges, small business vitality, and emerging opportunities shaping the future of Main Streets.
The conversation will explore how strategic public investment, strong community partnerships, and market-responsive approaches can unlock long-term value, strengthen local economies, and support sustainable growth. Participants will gain actionable strategies for enhancing district competitiveness and fostering thriving commercial corridors.
