Mobile Tours
Explore exciting developments throughout the Orlando area through one of these mobile tour options on Thursday, February 26th before the 2026 Florida Summit Opening Session.
Tours are $60 per person. Only one tour per attendee. Please note: Tour Check-in is 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Mobile Tour 1: Winter Garden’s Plant Street Transformed: Then, Now & Next
This tour look at how Downtown Winter Garden’s Main Street evolved from a historic, citrus town into one of Central Florida’s most successful examples of downtown revitalization. The experience will begin with a visual introduction to Winter Garden’s growth and history followed by an in-depth walking tour. Attendees will hear directly from City of Winter Garden leadership – including Kelly Carson and Marc Hutchinson – alongside design and development voices. The tour will highlight key projects and sites including Plant Street Commons, Plant Street Market, the West Orange Trail, and surrounding downtown infill, with a focus on how public investment, planning, and design-forward development worked together to catalyze private investment and long-term success. Attendees will leave with practical lessons applicable to downtown revitalization efforts across the region.
