The ULI Florida Summit attracts hundreds of attendees annually, connecting the top real estate professionals throughout the state including developers, attorneys, engineers, architects, and land use planners, from both the private and public sector.

The ULI North Florida District Council serves a diverse 34 counties spanning from Flagler to Escambia and includes the cities of Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Panama City. With more than 500 members, two major universities and three distinct regions, the District Council facilitates leadership in both the public and private sectors on pragmatic land use and creating and sustaining thriving communities through expertise, information and education.

The ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean District Council serves Florida’s seven southernmost coastal counties (from Indian River through Monroe) and throughout the Caribbean Islands. ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean has over 1,100 members and is focused on addressing the region’s most pressing land use needs: resiliency, mobility, and housing affordability.
