Mobile Tour: Revitalizing Miami, Transformation of Wynwood and Miami Design District

Developed by Sterling Bay and designed by Gensler, 545wyn was created with three simple, yet critical goals: to elevate Miami’s standard office experience, to authentically reflect Wynwood’s vibrancy, and to engage the neighborhood. ULI Summit attendees will tour this 298,000 square foot creative office and exclusive retail building that includes private tenant balconies on every office floor, an 18,000 SF private outdoor amenity deck, and an 8,000 square foot park.

We will then tour Wynwood Garage, a transformational, mixed used project by Golden Properties, led by the Director of Development and Construction Victor Sanchez, before heading over to the famous Wynwood Walls for photos. Finally, we’ll visit the Miami Design District where leaders from DACRA will share the past, present and future of the neighborhood where innovative fashion, design, art, architecture, and dining converge.
