This panel provides an in depth look at the Florida Research Park system.  Topics to include park system history, relationship between public universities and private tenants, differentiating characters of each specific research park, economic benefits to universities, tenants, and private developers/property owners, exclusive opportunities for tenants, business incubators, tech clusters & collaboration between park tenants, what attracts a tenant to reside in a Research Park, what attracts investors to Research Parks, do Park tenants expect different amenities or buildouts from those in a traditional office park, what is the future of research parks in Florida.
