Despite intense market demand, higher land costs, density restrictions, rising impact fees and materials costs are making it challenging for the private sector to build affordable/attainable housing. This panel will explore what the public sector is doing in progressive communities to make attainable housing possible for the private sector. Additionally, the panel will share several examples where public private partnerships are working.
