Due to the current rise in Covid-19 cases, which has set new records in Florida this month, our Florida Summit leadership team has made the decision to pivot this hybrid conference to a fully virtual event. This was not an easy decision as we are all anxious to get back together in person, but the safety and wellbeing of our attendees and by extension, their families and colleagues, are our biggest priority and responsibility.

However, we are thrilled to be able to offer all of the same great 2021 ULI Florida Summit programming through our online Hubilo platform, as well as introduce some exciting brand-new experiences, enhancements, and opportunities to reconnect and engage with land use leaders and practitioners from across the state and beyond.

The dates of the virtual conference are still September 21st and 22nd and will include conversations with regional and national real estate and business leaders you won’t want to miss on the future of real estate, the outlook for housing and economic development in Florida, and how technology is changing and challenging the industry.


All in-person registrants will remain registered for the virtual conference and will be automatically refunded for the difference in fees between in-person and virtual registration. If you no longer wish to participate in the 2021 ULI Florida Summit and would like to completely cancel your registration, you can do so and receive a full refund by filling out the Refund Request Form by Monday, September 13th. All refunds will be processed by ULI beginning on September 20th.

Mobile Tour Registrants – all tour registrations will be automatically refunded

FPC Members – The Florida Product Councils will still be connecting at the Florida Summit in a virtual format. For more information, contact Jackie Davis or your Product Council Chair

Developer’s Roundtable Attendees – The Developer’s Roundtable will still be held virtually during its original time slot. For more information, contact Carolyn Clark.

Waitlist Registrants – The Waitlist to attend the Florida Summit in person has been canceled. If you would like to participate in the virtual Summit, you can do so by registering here

Hotel Room Cancellations
