Multi-Family Development Council

The Multi-Family Development Council (MFDC) is comprised of a variety of leaders in the multifamily industry throughout the state. With a focus on furthering the interests of its members and the industry as a whole, the MFDC serves as a venue for building valuable relationships while also providing a collaborative and interactive forum for discussing key issues facing the multifamily industry, best practices, and a range of in-depth topics.
The mission of the Multifamily Development Council is to allow developers, equity investors, lenders, and other multifamily development service providers working in different regions around Florida and with different transaction profiles to connect in a collaborative setting. The leadership team puts together a program for each council day which allows its members to discuss and confront issues of mutual concern and build powerful, long term relationships in a non-commercial setting.
