Affordable & Workforce Housing Council
The Affordable & Workforce Housing Council (AWHC) within the Florida Product Council program shares best practices and innovation solutions from a diverse group passionate about the creation, expansion and retention of high-quality housing affordable to families, seniors and individuals. The AWHC explores low income, workforce and mixed income housing products and for profit and non-profit development structures. Our group explores best practices to provide high value for a broad constituency, effective design solutions, tax credits and other public sources of capital and subsidies.
