The 2024 ULI Florida Summit will take place at the JW Marriott Water Street Tampa, conveniently located in downtown Tampa’s dynamic Water Street neighborhood. This hotel is now sold out but alternative recommendations can be found below.
Add-on Sessions
Level up your Florida Summit experience with one of these add-on sessions. Simply add a session to your cart while registering to attend the Summit. If you're already registered for the Summit, you can add special programming to your registration online, via email, or over the phone:

Mobile Tours
Experience all that Tampa has to offer through one of the exciting Summit’s Mobile Tours. All Tours take place on Thursday morning before the opening session. Only one tour per attendee. Separate ticket required. Limited availability.
Women's Leadership Dinner
Build valuable connections with leaders from across the state at this networking dinner hosted by our Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). More info and registration coming soon.
Young Leaders Group Social
Young Leaders – join your peers on Thursday from 7:00pm – 9:30pm after the Opening Reception at the Young Leaders Group Social for networking and drinks with Young Leaders from across the state.
