ULI Florida Product Councils Announce New Chair
ULI Florida is pleased to announce that Douette Pryce, President of Pryce Resources, has been appointed Chair of the Florida Product Council Executive Committee (FPCEC). Over his two-year term, Douette will lead efforts to facilitate information exchange, foster connections, and share best practices among mid and senior-level professionals across Florida’s public and private sectors.
A longtime ULI member, Douette has been involved with the Florida Product Council program since its inception, and currently serves on the Urban Development Mixed Use Council (UDMUC). A member of the Southeast Florida / Caribbean District Council, he served on the Advisory Board from 2003 - 2016, helped establish the Young Leaders Group, and continues to contribute to the District Council’s Leadership Institute program and DEI Committee. Douette has also served on multiple ULI National Advisory Services and Technical Assistance panels.
“As Florida’s real estate landscape evolves with rapid growth, it’s crucial for passionate leaders to collaborate statewide on responsible land development. Bringing together public and private sectors to share best practices is more important than ever” said Douette. “As my colleagues have noted, ULI is focused on cultivating partnerships and driving change to create effective solutions. I’m honored to help lead these efforts on behalf of ULI.”
As President of Pryce Resources, Douette oversees small-scale infill development and provides advisory services for mixed-use, hospitality, retail, luxury multi-family, and office projects in Florida, the U.S., and the Caribbean. He has advised clients on commercial real estate transactions and development since 1995.
Douette is also an advisory board member for the Martin County Historic Preservation Council and the Town of Sewall’s Point Board of Adjustment and Member of Habitat for Humanity Land Committee Broward. He holds a B.A. in Business and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and is a U.S. Army Veteran.
Douette takes over from Lisa Dilts, Principal of Compspring, who served as the FPC Executive Council Chair from July 2021 to June 2024. We thank Lisa for her leadership over the last three years and welcome Douette as we begin this new chapter for ULI Florida Product Council!
