2019 Florida Summit Recap

The 2019 Florida Summit included a unique focus on Destination Development with a spotlight on three high-profile Central Florida projects including Lake Nona with Craig Collin, Senior Vice President, Tavistock Development Company; The Packing District with Kenneth Robinson, President & CEO, Dr. Phillips Charities and Creative Village with Brooke Myers, Founder & President, VelocityRED.

In addition to the Destination Development topics, the Summit included sessions on rethinking real estate for a multi-modal future, designing senior living for a new hospitality/health care paradigm, capital markets, planning for making healthcare hyper-local, and attainable/affordable housing. Transforming key urban properties into iconic destinations, new brands of hospitality real estate and Florida’s research parks impact on innovation were also explored.
