Join ULI, Pasco EDC, Pasco County officials and two major land developers of a tour of Pasco County where you will experience how cattle ranches are being developed into modern planned communities using award winning programs.  You will see how a 2008 ULI Advisory Panel assisted Pasco County in creating concentrated growth policies to stem suburban sprawl and preserve rural areas while creating a pro-business environment. The tour will highlight Pasco’s Urban Service Area along the State Road 54/56 corridor where over $900 million of private investment is transforming over 12,000 acres into Florida’s best Live, Work and Play communities.
