CONCURRENT SESSION (Thurs): “Housing for All: Addressing the Affordability Challenge”

Cities across the country grapple with accommodating the housing needs of households of all income levels. This session will explore national trends in affordable housing finance and policy, and how these trends affect local development patterns and policies. Speakers from the public and private sectors will discuss the impacts of labor and land costs, innovative partnerships, building products, and creative financing and policies to produce mixed-income and affordable housing developments.
